Determining the ROI of a web project is much more straightforward given the data provided by your website provider. Past clients have enjoyed substantial returns from e-commerce launches, increased website traffic, and streamlined checkout and fulfillment processes.

Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make professional design more accessible to newer business owners. We can discuss the terms of your payment plan during our consultation call. All projects require a percentage of the project to reserve your spot in my calendar with the remainder billed over the duration of the project.

It depends! The design process is involved and collaborative, so timelines will vary depending on studio availability, the scope of your project, number of revisions, custom functionality for your website development, and many other factors.
Typically, a brand intensive (Brand Accelerator) will take 2 weeks, full-service branding (Brand Comprehensive) will range from 4-6 weeks, a Semi-Custom Showit Website will range from 2-3 weeks, and a Fully Custom Showit Website can vary anywhere from 8-12+ weeks.
What’s the difference between a Semi-Custom Website and a Fully Custom Website?
What’s the difference between a Semi-Custom Website and a Fully Custom Website?
Semi-Custom websites are based on selected, approved, and purchased or internal Showit themes. I customize the brand elements, fonts, colours, photography, content, and section order, but each section's layout is fixed.
Fully Custom websites are not based on a theme, so the sky's the limit in terms of design! We’ll discuss which best suits your needs during our complimentary discovery call. Book your call here.

I develop websites on Showit, an incredibly user-friendly website building platform, because it’s highly customizable and makes it easy for my clients to update and maintain their websites themselves once we wrap our web project. For e-commerce brands, I use Shopify, a leading platform for seamless online shopping.

Not a problem! Once we've wrapped our web project, I will guide you through your website in a recorded 1:1 Training Video you can refer to forever. You will also receive a library of video tutorials walking you through how to edit and maintain your website as well as an entire resource with step-by-step guides and articles.
If you still feel uncomfortable editing or maintaining your website, I offer website maintenance on a contractual basis for past clients to ensure their website stays up-to-date.

My VIP Days are perfect for past or new clients who need specific design assistance with a quick turnaround! You can either book my studio for 7 hours (Full VIP Day) or 4 hours (VIP Half Day) to work through a prioritized list of design tasks, plus 1-2 hours the next day for light feedback.
Past clients have booked a VIP Day for single-page websites, website updates and/or maintenance, social media graphics, print collateral design, customized templates, internal business documents, and more.
