1. “How long does branding take?”
This is hands-down the most common question I get, and I love it because it shows me you’re thinking ahead and planning accordingly.
The timeline depends on which package you choose:
Brand Accelerator (Brand Intensive): 2-3 weeks
This is perfect if you’re a startup, solopreneur, or small team that needs visual brand essentials on a quicker turnaround. You already have clear messaging and know what you stand for – you just need the visuals to tie it all together.
Brand Comprehensive (Full-Service Branding): 4-6 weeks
This is for established businesses ready to refine their brand and scale. It includes full brand strategy, messaging, creative direction, and a complete visual identity. We take our time with this one because we’re building something that will serve your business for years to come.
The beauty of working with an intentionally small studio like mine? You’re not waiting months to get on my calendar. We move efficiently without sacrificing quality.
2. “Do you offer just a logo?”
Ah, the million-dollar question. And my answer is: it depends.
I’m not like other designers who flat-out refuse to do anything less than full branding. I get that sometimes you genuinely just need a logo refresh or a new mark to replace that DIY Canva situation (no judgment here!).
BUT – and this is important – I need to look at your brand holistically first.
If you already have solid foundations (clear messaging, defined brand personality, existing colour palette or visual direction), then yes! We can potentially work a logo project into a VIP Day. That’s totally doable, and honestly, it can be a really efficient way to work together.
If you’re starting from scratch or your brand feels scattered and inconsistent? Then you need more than just a logo. A logo without strategy is just a pretty picture – it won’t actually do the heavy lifting your business needs it to do.
Here’s what I mean: Your logo is one piece of your brand puzzle. But without knowing who you’re speaking to, what makes you different, or what you want people to feel when they see your brand? That logo is just… there. It’s not working for you.
So during our discovery call, we’ll talk through where you’re at, what you already have, and what you actually need. I’ll be honest with you—even if that means telling you we’re not the right fit. My goal is always to set you up for success, not just take your money and hand you something pretty that doesn’t serve your business.
3. “What does your process look like?”
Great question! Transparency is huge for me, so here’s the breakdown:
Discovery Call (Free, 30-45 min)
We hop on Zoom and get to know each other. I ask about your business, your goals, your ideal clients, and what you’re envisioning for your brand. You ask me about timelines, pricing, process—all of it. This is where we figure out if we vibe and if I’m the right designer for you.
Onboarding
Once you sign your contract and pay your deposit, you get access to my client portal. You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire (don’t worry, it’s actually fun—I promise), and we’ll schedule our kickoff call.
Strategy Session
This is where the magic starts. We dive deep into your brand—your values, your story, your audience, your goals. For Brand Comprehensive clients, this is a full workshop. For Brand Accelerator clients, it’s a mini strategy session. Either way, we’re building a solid foundation before we even touch design.
Concept Development
Based on everything we discussed, I create initial design concepts. I present multiple directions so you have options, because this is a creative collaboration, not me designing at you.
Feedback & Refinement
You give me your thoughts, we refine, and we keep iterating until it feels right. Depending on your package, you get a set number of revision rounds (but honestly, we usually nail it before we even use them all).
Final Delivery
You get all your final brand files, guidelines, and any additional assets we created together. Plus, I provide training resources so you know exactly how to use everything in your branding package moving forward.
Ongoing Support
Even after the project wraps, you have my in your corner for good. Have a question about sizing your logo for Instagram? Wondering which colour variation to use on your new flyer? Just send me a message. I genuinely care about your success beyond our project timeline, and you’ll have me as your forever hype-woman!
4. “How much does it cost?”
Let’s talk numbers, because I know this is what everyone wants to know (and is often too nervous to ask).
Here’s my current pricing (as of January 2026):
Brand Accelerator: Starting at $2000 USD
Brand Comprehensive: Starting at $ 3000 USD
VIP Days: Full Day (8 hours) $1500 USD | Half Day (4 hours) $800 USD
Web Design: Starting at $3500 USD
I also offer payment plans to make investment more accessible. Because I truly believe that your financial situation shouldn’t prevent you from having a brand you’re proud of – so we can work together to find a plan that feels good for your budget.
But is it worth it?
Here’s what I tell every potential client: professional branding isn’t an expense, it’s an investment.
